The U.S. Army trained me as a Chinese linguist and intelligence analyst. I learned to recognize patterns, break codes, and determine what information meant.
After the Army, I carried that training into very different worlds—education, recruiting, career development, business, literature and real estate. I began doing the same thing with successful people: What were they doing differently? What patterns kept producing trust, influence, connection and opportunity?
I didn’t just study those patterns. I used them to build my own success across very different environments.
Now I teach what I learned through two programs: Communication Architecture™ for organizations and Career Architecture™ for colleges and emerging professionals.
That’s much more you. And I would delete the italicized “Drawing on decades…” paragraph completely. The new copy makes it redundant.
